Stream Exporter

Stream Exporter is a small personal automation tool. It watches the Twitch channel khromatician and, after a livestream has ended, uploads the recording (VOD) to the operator's own YouTube channel, adds a thumbnail, sorts the video into playlists and publishes it 24 hours later.

What the tool does

• Checks the public Twitch API to find out whether the channel is live.
• Downloads the channel's own VOD after a stream ended.
• Uploads the video to the operator's own YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API, creates and fills playlists, and changes the video's visibility from private to public.

The tool is not offered to the public. It only ever acts on the YouTube account of its operator. Details are in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
